If you'd like to exchange a product for a different design, we’re happy to help — pending availability of your preferred item. Please note:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your refund once the return is received and approved.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • A small transaction fee (e.g. payment processing fees) may be deducted from the total refund amount.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed. If you’d like us to send the item back to you, you’ll need to cover the return postage.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or amend any online orders once they have been placed. Change of Mind Purchases

We totally understand — sometimes you change your mind, and that’s okay! If you’d like to return or exchange an item for any reason other than a fault, here’s what you need to know:

 

Notify Us: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Return Window: We must receive the returned item within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Item Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging intact. Returns with damaged or missing packaging may not be accepted.

 

 

Exclusions:

Sale items and items purchased during a promotional period are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind. Please note that return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Universal Pram Liners  - 30 days Return Policy 

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your universal liner, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure the following conditions are met:

 

Conditions of Return:

  • The universal liner must be unused, undamaged, and free from any soiling or stains.
  • All components, including the shoulder strap covers, must be returned in the original reusable zippered packaging.
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

 

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

Return Authorizations:

Prior to sending your item back, please contact our team at support@wonderland4children.com to obtain return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed and may be returned to sender.

wonderland4Children is committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer satisfaction. All backpacks and lunch bags are covered under a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, strictly applicable to manufacturing defects.

 

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers faults or defects that arise as a result of issues in materials or workmanship. If a manufacturing defect is identified within the warranty period, we will assess the claim and offer an appropriate remedy.

 

Warranty Exclusions

The following are expressly excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions
  • Normal wear and tear caused by regular use
  • Products that have been altered or customized, including items with monograms or names added by third parties

As a result, unless the issue is determined to have originated from a manufacturing defect, we are unable to offer replacements, refunds, or exchanges outside the warranty period or beyond the conditions outlined in our return and exchange policy.
