Faulty or Damaged Items

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
- We offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for items deemed defective within 14 days of delivery.
- Each case is assessed individually and subject to the conditions relevant to the product type.
- Items altered by third parties, including the addition of monograms or personalized names on backpacks or lunch bags, are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement, as such modifications fall outside our quality control process.

- 2–3 clear photographs and a short video that highlight the fault
Return Shipping - We will cover reasonable shipping costs if the item is deemed faulty.
At wonderland4children, we are committed to delivering high-quality products designed for everyday use. However, factors such as frequent handling, repeated washing, and exposure to food, liquids, and sunlight can lead to natural wear and tear, which is considered a normal outcome of regular use. These effects vary significantly between households based on individual usage patterns, making it difficult to apply a consistent standard when assessing product condition over time. As a result, unless the issue is determined to have originated from a manufacturing defect, we are unable to offer replacements, refunds, or exchanges outside the warranty period or beyond the conditions outlined in our return and exchange policy.
