Is my pram / stroller compatible with your universal liners ?

 

Our universal liners are designed to fit most major full-sized pram and stroller brands with a five-point harness, giving you the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your pram/stroller in the future. Please check your pram harness before purchasing. While our liners might fit nicely, they are not compatible with three-point harness prams and compact strollers like Bugaboo Dragonfly and Redsbaby Skip.

What thickness should I expect when purchasing your universal liner?

Are your liners machine washable?

 

Absolutely! Our universal liners are thoughtfully designed with your convenience in mind—durable, easy to clean, and built to last. 

For the best results, we recommend washing them on a gentle machine cycle, ideally in a wash bag to protect the fabric. Once washed, simply air dry the liner away from direct sunlight to help preserve its quality, softness, and vibrant look.

Do I need to order matching shoulder strap covers separately?

 

All our pram liners come with complementary matching strap covers included. Additionally, you can purchase a matching bumper bar cover separately to complete the look (subject to availability).

I can not find a bumper bar cover in a particular design?

 

If the bumper bar cover design you're looking for isn't displayed on our page, it's likely that the item is either sold out or has been discontinued. However, you're welcome to contact us to support@wonderland4children.com to inquire whether the design will be restocked in the future.

Are your pram liners waterproof?

 

Our universal liners are not waterproof, but we use 100% cotton fabric paired with premium polyester wadding for durability and comfort. This combination provides excellent thickness, offering a durable protective layer for your pram while ensuring your baby's comfort. Just machine wash according to our care instructions. What age is it appropriate to start using your liner?

 

Consider using our pram liners & harness covers from around 5 months and above. At this age, babies can benefit greatly from the added comfort, making strolls more enjoyable. As they may start solids, our liners can help reduce frequent seat cleaning.

Will your liner be too hot for summer?

What is the warranty for the backpack?

 

We offer a 6-month warranty for our backpacks and lunch bags, ensuring the quality and durability of our products. 

 

Please note that natural wear and tear, influenced by factors like usage, washing, and exposure to food, beverages, and sunlight, may affect the product over time. These factors can impact the product’s durability and appearance, making it difficult to assess each item’s condition after extended use. 

 

As a result, we are unable to offer a replacement, refund, or exchange for items outside the warranty period as outlined in our return and exchange policy. Please also be aware that we do not provide a warranty for products that are faulty due to misuse, natural wear and tear, or issues unrelated to manufacturing defects.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-10 business days, express shipping takes 2-5 business days, and international shipping usually takes 7-14 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost within Australia?

 

For orders within Australia, the shipping cost is $12 for standard delivery and $18, $20, or $22 for express shipping (depending on the order weight) for orders valued up to $149.99. 

 

Orders over $150 are eligible for free standard shipping Australia-wide, with the option to upgrade to express, tracked shipping for an additional $30 or more. This excludes bulky items. 

Do you offer international shipping and to which countries?

 

We offer international shipping to New Zealand, Japan, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, and the United States.

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

What are the delivery terms regarding signatures? 

 

You can request a signature on delivery by selecting 'with a signature required for delivery' at checkout. If you don't request a signature, we cannot assist if your order is misplaced, damaged, or stolen.

 

Additionally, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. wonderland4children ®  is not responsible for these charges, and they are the customer's responsibility.

Do I need to pay tariffs or taxes for my order?

 

Please note that countries outside of Australia may impose tariffs, taxes, or other duties on imported items. wonderland4children is not responsible for covering these charges, as they are at your own expense. Additionally, we are not responsible for accepting returns or issuing refunds if you choose to reject paying these tariffs or duties.

Damages and Issues

 

We are dedicated to offering our customers top-quality products. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, we kindly request that you notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly note that we are able to offer replacements only for items found to be defective upon delivery. Unfortunately, once the return period has expired, or if the items have been used or washed, our ability to assist you is limited.

 

We may ask you to send the item back to us for an evaluation. In the event that the fault is confirmed to be due to manufacturing and is beyond repair, we'll get in touch with you to arrange a refund / exchange. Should you wish to return a faulty item, please send an email to support@wonderland4children.com  with your:

At least 3-4 high quality photos showing the issue from different angles, and a detailed description of your manufacturing fault. Please include a photo of the entire item so we are able to match your product to the proof of purchase.


If the packaging was damaged in transit, please include photos of that as well.

We will incur all reasonable shipping costs if the item is deemed to be faulty and will advise the most appropriate method of returning the goods. A registered tracking number must be provided for all returns.

 

We do not accept returns on products that are deemed faulty from misuse, wear and tear over time, or found to be unrelated to a manufacturing issue. We will not cover shipping costs or provide a refund for items which are found to be damaged due to wear and tear or misuse.

What is your return and exchange policy?

 

Our return policy for full-priced products allows for returns and exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please ensure that your purchased product is in a new condition, with tags on, and in its original packaging, unwashed or unused. Unfortunately, we can not refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or washed outside their original packaging. When returning the products, kindly place them in a plastic satchel.

 

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

Please note that we do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will proceed with either an exchange, issue a credit note, or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs.
