General Delivery Terms
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. In most cases, orders are shipped the next business day, or sooner. Please note that during peak periods (such as sale events or product launches), dispatch times may be slightly extended. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Important Information
- Customs & Import Duties: All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.
- Delivery Address Accuracy: Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before confirming your order, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
- Courier Delays: While we work with trusted carriers, we cannot accept liability for delivery delays once the parcel is in transit with a third party.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
International Orders: Must be reported within 60 days of dispatch.
Pre-Order Shipments
Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped once all items are available. If you require in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders, as we do not offer split shipments.
Update for U.S. Customers:
Due to recent changes in U.S. government tariffs, there have been reports of additional duties and import taxes being applied to incoming international shipments. While the exact impact on our deliveries remains uncertain, orders shipped to the United States may now be subject to charges upon arrival, even if this has not occurred previously. These fees are determined and collected by U.S. Customs and are entirely outside our control. Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders refused due to unpaid import duties or taxes.
