Returns and exchanges for change of mind purchases

 

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.

 

If you want to return or exchange a product for ‘change of mind’ or another similar reason you must contact us within 14 days of delivery of the product and we must have received the product within 14 days of the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item/s must be unused, and in the exact condition that you received it / them.  

 

Products should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit and please be aware that the packaging of our products is part of the product.  

Therefore, your return may not be accepted if the packaging is damaged. Furthermore, products should be returned unused, unwashed.

 

Applies Specifically to Universal Pram Liners :

If you're not satisfied with the pram liner within 30 days of receiving it, simply return it to us for a complete refund. It's important to note that damaged or soiled liners won't qualify for our 30-day money-back guarantee, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

To qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee, simply ensure you return the pram liner along with a set of shoulder strap covers in our reusable zipper package within 30 days of receiving the product. Before shipping it back, please contact our team at info@wonderland4children.com.

 

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned, not elgible for 30 days money back guarantee.

 

Returns or exchanges that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. Similarly, returns or exchanges outside these timeframes may not be accepted and any decisions about whether to accept the product are at our sole and absolute discretion.

 

Where wonderland4children accepts a product for exchange and you wish for a different design, we will only exchange it based on product availability. If you choose to exchange your product, you will be responsible for the return postage fee.

Where wonderland4children accepts a product for refund, your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, Processing can take up to seven working days and refunds can take up to ten working days to appear in your account. Please also note that a small transaction fee will be deducted from the total amount.

 

Please contact us at info@wonderland4children.com to returning your goods so that we can authorize your return. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and we will keep the item. If you wish it to be returned to you this will be at your cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will deduct our shipping costs of your order from your refund.

 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.

Faulty Items

wonderland4children is proud to offer our customers quality products.  In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your order.

To ensure that a replacement is provided in the quickest time possible, please send an email to info@wonderland4children.com with your order number, details of the fault and any relevant photos (including photos of the packaging if it was damaged in transit).  

Please remind that we will not be able to assist you once the products are washed and used.
