Returns and exchanges for change of mind purchases


Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.


If you want to return or exchange a product for ‚Äėchange of mind‚Äô or another similar reason you must contact us within 14 days of delivery of the product and we must have received the product within 14 days of the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item/s must be unused, and in the exact condition that you received it / them.  


Products should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit and please be aware that the packaging of our products is part of the product.  

Therefore, your return may not be accepted if the packaging is damaged. Furthermore, products should be returned unused, unwashed.

Universal Pram Liners

If you're not satisfied with your pram liner within 30 days of receiving it, you can return it for a complete refund. Please note that damaged or soiled liners do not qualify for our 30-day money-back guarantee, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee, please return the pram liner along with the shoulder strap covers in our reusable zipper package within 30 days of receiving the product. Before returning the item, contact our team at

Returns or exchanges of damaged or soiled items may not be accepted and may be sent back to you, with a refund potentially refused. Additionally, returns or exchanges outside of the specified timeframe will not be accepted, and the decision to accept such products is at our sole discretion.



We provide a 6-month warranty for our backpacks, starting from the date of delivery. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products. However, factors such as frequent use, washing, and exposure to food, beverages, and sunlight can lead to natural wear and tear. These elements impact the product's longevity and appearance, making it challenging to consistently evaluate the condition. Therefore, we cannot offer replacements, refunds, or exchanges beyond the specified timeframe in our return and exchange policy.

Our warranty excludes items that become faulty due to misuse, regular wear and tear, or issues not related to manufacturing defects. Additionally, we do not cover shipping costs or provide refunds for items damaged by normal wear or misuse.

Please note that we will request photos, videos, or the return of the product for review before offering alternative options or a refund.


General Return and Exchange Policy

If wonderland4children accepts a product for exchange and you wish to select a different design, the exchange will be subject to product availability. You will be responsible for the return postage fee if you choose to exchange your product.

For refunds, the amount will be credited to the original payment method. Processing can take up to seven working days, and refunds may take up to ten working days to appear in your account. Please be aware that a small transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

For backpacks within the warranty period, store credit will be issued once the eligibility is confirmed.


Please contact us at to returning your goods so that we can authorize your return. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and we will keep the item. If you wish it to be returned to you this will be at your cost.

Refunds (if applicable): 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will deduct our shipping costs of your order from your refund.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.

Faulty Items

We are dedicated to offering our customers top-quality products. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, we kindly request that you notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your order.

Kindly note that we are able to offer replacements only for items found to be defective upon delivery. Unfortunately, once the return period has expired, or if the items have been used or washed, our ability to assist you is limited.

We may ask you to send the item back to us for an evaluation. In the event that the fault is confirmed to be due to manufacturing and is beyond repair, we'll get in touch with you to arrange a refund / exchange.


Should you wish to return a faulty item, please send an email to  with your :

  • Order number
  • At least 3-4 high quality¬†photos showing the issue from different angles, and a detailed description of your manufacturing fault. Please include a photo¬†of the¬†entire item so we are able to match your product to the proof of purchase.
  • If the packaging was damaged in transit, please include photos of that as well.


We will incur all reasonable shipping costs if the item is deemed to be faulty and will advise the most appropriate method of returning the goods. A registered tracking number must be provided for all returns.

We do not accept returns on products that are deemed faulty from misuse, wear and tear over time, or found to be unrelated to a manufacturing issue. We will not cover shipping costs or provide a refund for items which are found to be damaged due to wear and tear or misuse.
