Is my pram / storller compatible with your universal liners ?
Our universal liners are designed to fit most major pram brands with a Five-point harness. Giving you the flexibility to upgrade / downgrade your pram in the future. Please check your pram harness before purchasing.
Our liners are not compatible with three point harness prams and compact strollers such as Bugaboo Bee, Ants / Nuna mixx due to their seat size. For the list of pram brands & models that we tested on, please click HERE

Are your pram liners machine washable?
Absolutely !
Our pram liners are designed with convenience in mind, ensuring they are easy to wash, durable, and long-lasting.
We recommend machine washing them on a gentle cycle, preferably using a wash bag to protect the fabric. After washing, air dry the liner away from direct sunlight to maintain its quality and appearance.

What thickness should I expect when purchasing your pram liner ?
Our pram liners are generously cushioned and filled with high-quality polyester wadding. We use 100% cotton fabrics that are breathable and suitable for all seasons, ensuring a gentle and soft touch on your baby's skin.
The foam wadding washes exceptionally well when you follow our washing guidelines. You'll find that after the first wash, your liner becomes even softer.

Do I need to order matching shoulder strap covers separately?
All our pram liners come with complementary matching strap covers included in the price. Your pram liner and strap covers will be neatly packaged together in a reusable zipping pouch, perfect for storage or gifting.
Additionally, we offer a Matching Bumper Bar Cover ($15 each) which can be purchased separately to complete the look. (subject to availability)

If the bumper bar cover design you're looking for isn't displayed on our page, it's likely that the item is either sold out or has been discontinued. However, you're welcome to contact us to support@wonderland4children.com to inquire whether the design will be restocked in the future.

Are your pram liners waterproof ?
Our liners are not waterproof, but we take pride in using 100% cotton fabrics for our pram liners and high-quality thick polyester wadding.

Will a pram liner be too hot for summer ?
Our pram liners are crafted from 100% breathable cotton, which acts as insulation, providing comfort for your little one on all journeys and through all seasons. They keep your child cosy during the winter and cool in the summer, ensuring year-round comfort.

When my pram liner gets messy is it easy to remove for cleaning?
Yes, our pram liners are designed for easy removal and cleaning, making them perfect for managing everyday spills, starting solids, and toilet training. By using a pram liner, you'll significantly reduce the time spent cleaning your pram and decrease wear and tear.
To remove the pram liner, simply untuck the buckle and pull the liner forward out of your pram, containing all the mess within the liner itself. For washing, place the pram liner in a wash bag and use a cold gentle machine cycle. This makes maintenance both straightforward and efficient.

What are the major differences between the mini and small sized backpacks ?
The MINI backpack, ideal for daycare, short trips, and everyday essentials, comfortably fits items like nappies, clothes, and toys, catering to younger children.
In contrast, the SMALL backpack, tailored for school and diverse activities, offers more room for lunch bags, notebooks, and extra gear, suitable for older children or babies using cloth nappies or attending daycares that necessitate bringing their own lunch bags.

What is the recommended backpack size for children based on their height ?
For size recommendations based on a child's height, the MINI backpack is ideally suited for children under 115cm tall, typically those under the age of 5. For children taller than 115cm or older, the SMALL backpack is a better choice, as it offers a more suitable fit and additional space for their requirements.
According to customer feedback and our experience, children in the height range of 110-117cm can comfortably fit both the MINI and SMALL sizes, allowing some flexibility in choice based on individual needs and preferences.

Are your backpack water-resistant?
Yes, our latest backpacks launched in November 2023 feature a water-resistant surface. This range includes the Alyssa mini restock, along with the Scarlett, Seth, Harper, and Summer Vibes designs.
However, please note that any backpacks received prior to 1st December are not equipped with water resistance.

Will my little one be able to carry their own bag ?
Your little one will be able to comfortably carry their own bag, with the suitability depending on the child's height.
Our backpacks are designed to be lightweight, making them ideal for young children. The straps are adjustable to ensure a snug and comfortable fit, and they are tailored to prevent any excess strap from causing a tripping hazard.
We recommend the MINI backpack for children under the age of five and the SMALL backpack for those above five years old, ensuring the choice is also based on the child's height for the best comfort and fit.

Do you have a water bottle pocket ?
Both our MINI and SMALL backpacks feature convenient side mesh pockets, designed specifically for easy access to bottles.
This makes it effortless for children or parents to quickly reach for a water bottle without having to open the main compartment, ensuring hydration is always within easy reach.

After receiving your order confirmation email, please allow 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to process your order. You'll receive a notification once your order is shipped.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be provided for both domestic and international orders once your package is dispatched.
Please make sure to add your email address to your order if you would like to receive email notifications regarding the tracking and delivery status.

How much does shipping cost within Australia?
For orders within Australia, the shipping cost is $9.95 for standard delivery and $14 for express shipping for orders valued up to $149.99.
Orders over $150 are eligible for free standard shipping, with the option of an express, tracked upgrade available for an additional $40 or more. This excludes bulky items **

Do you offer international shipping and to which countries?
We offer international shipping to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, and the United States.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

What are the delivery terms regarding signatures and responsibility for import duties and taxes?
You can request a signature on delivery by selecting 'with a signature required for delivery' at checkout. If you don't request a signature, we cannot assist if your order is misplaced, damaged, or stolen.
Additionally, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. wonderland4children ® is not responsible for these charges, and they are the customer's responsibility.

What is 30 days guarantee for full-priced pram liners ?
We have strong confidence in the exceptional quality of our universal pram liners, which is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for full-priced pram liners. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your pram liner within 30 days of receiving it, you have the option to return it to us and receive a complete refund.
Please be aware that this guarantee does not cover damaged or soiled liners, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee, please ensure that you return the pram liner along with a set of shoulder strap covers in our reusable zipper package within the specified timeframe.
Before sending your return, we kindly request that you reach out to our team at support@wonderland4children.com. We are here to offer assistance and guidance throughout the return process.

What is your return and exchange policy ?
Our return policy for full-priced products allows for returns and exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
To initiate a return or exchange, please ensure that your purchased product is in a new condition, with tags on, and in its original packaging, unwashed or unused. Unfortunately, we can not refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or washed outside their original packaging. When returning the products, kindly place them in a plastic satchel.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please note that we do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will proceed with either an exchange, issue a credit note, or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will receive a notification via email once this process is completed. Please contact to support@wonderland4children.com for a return request.

We take pride in providing high-quality products. However, it's important to note that our products are subject to natural wear and tear, affected by factors like how often they're used, washing, and exposure to food, beverages, and sunlight. These factors can greatly impact the product's durability and appearance over time, making it difficult to consistently assess each item's condition. Therefore, we are unable to offer a replacement, refund or exchange for items beyond the timeframe specified in our return and exchange policy page.

Damages and Issues
We are dedicated to offering our customers top-quality products. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, we kindly request that you notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your order.
Kindly note that we are able to offer replacements only for items found to be defective upon delivery. Unfortunately, once the return period has expired, or if the items have been used or washed, our ability to assist you is limited.
We may ask you to send the item back to us for an evaluation. In the event that the fault is confirmed to be due to manufacturing and is beyond repair, we'll get in touch with you to arrange a refund / exchange.
Should you wish to return a faulty item, please send an email to support@wonderland4children.com with your:
- Full name
- Contact number and email address
- Order number
- At least 3-4 high quality photos showing the issue from different angles, and a detailed description of your manufacturing fault. Please include a photo of the entire item so we are able to match your product to the proof of purchase.
- If the packaging was damaged in transit, please include photos of that as well.
We will incur all reasonable shipping costs if the item is deemed to be faulty and will advise the most appropriate method of returning the goods. A registered tracking number must be provided for all returns.
We do not accept returns on products that are deemed faulty from misuse, wear and tear over time, or found to be unrelated to a manufacturing issue. We will not cover shipping costs or provide a refund for items which are found to be damaged due to wear and tear or misuse.
